LEYTON'S relegation fears intensified as they were beaten 1-0 by fellow strugglers Brentwood Town at the Lee Bridge Road ground.
It was the third game in a row that the Lilywhites have failed to find the net in Ryman Division One North, following an 8-0 battering at the hands of Lowestoft Town and a single goal defeat to local rivals Ilford.
Leyton are now without a win in six league games.
Elsewhere, Waltham Forest recorded their first victory in seven league games when they beat bottom side Harlow Town 2-0.
R Carter's brace sealed the points that sees the Stags positioned comfortably in mid-table.
Meanwhile, Waltham Abbey's vital relegation clash with rock-bottom Bognor Regis was postponed due to the weather in the Ryman Premier.
