DAGENHAM & Redbridge are keen to thrash out a deal that will see on-loan Gillingham midfielder Adam Miller extend his stay at Victoria Road.
Miller will play his final game for the Daggers when the team entertain Bury in their League Two clash this Saturday.
But, after being impressed by the central midfielder's contribution so far, assistant boss Terry Harris is hopeful that an agreement can be struck with Gillingham.
Harris said: “There is no progress on keeping Adam at the moment, but we will hopefully sort something out this week.
“He has done very well for us, but he has an obligation to Gillingham, as they do to him, so it is a matter of waiting to see what happens.”
