SWANSEA face total commitment from their opposition when they face Orient in the FA Cup showdown this weekend, said Swans veteran Kevin Nugent.
Os’ deputy boss Nugent is a Swansea veteran who used to bang in goals for the South Wales outfit.
“If we don’t win, it won’t be for lack of trying,” he said this week, ahead of the round four tie at the Liberty Stadium.
“It will be a very hard game. We’re up against a very good side, one of the top Championship sides.
“I definitely think they are good enough to get into the Premier League.
“It will be a tough game because they have strength in depth in their squad.
“I don’t think we will take our eyes off the ball for a second.
“If we can get ourselves in the hat some way or another for the next round, it will be pleasing.”
But silverware will not distract Orient from the task of climbing League One, he added.
“I do not think the FA Cup will take our minds off League One, because we have a fantastic group of players who can manage themselves.”
