Holly Pattie-Belleli set two personal bests and won the long jump at the National Junior Promotion League match in Barnet Copthall on Sunday.
The 17-year-old Ongar athlete finished first in the long jump with a time of 5.37m and came second in the 400m hurdles with a personal best time of 64.43 secs.
The teenager also finished runner-up in the 100m hurdles with another personal best of 14.75 secs. Her two performances in the hurdles helped take her up to 15th in the Under-20 rankings.
Pattie-Belleli also won the first leg of the 4x100m and helped Woodford win the match at Copthall.
