Dean Cox has overcome a virus to start for Orient tonight in their Johnstone’s Paint Trophy tie with Dagenham & Redbridge.
Cox was a doubt to be involved for tonight’s clash but will line up in an unchanged midfield for the home side.
The only change from Saturday’s team sees Jonathan Téhoué come into the side for Jamie Cureton, partnering David Mooney up front.
The Daggers have an injury list which continues to grow as Luke Howell misses out after his involvement in the loss at Hereford on Saturday.
Femi Ilesanmi and Billy Bingham are both drafted into the starting line up.
Orient: Butcher; Omozusi, Chorley, Forbes, Daniels; Laird, Smith, Dawson, Cox; Mooney, Téhoué.
Subs: McSweeney, Porter, Odubajo, Lobjoit, Lovelock.
Dagenham: Shea; Ogogo, Doe, Walsh, Gain; Scannell, Lee, Bingham, Ilesanmi; Williams, Tomlin.
Subs: Rose, Reed, Woodall, Lewington, Green.
