Dagenham & Redbridge were denied their third straight League Two away win as Troy Brown headed a late equaliser to earn Aldershot a 1-1 draw.
The Shots controlled the majority of the opening 45 minutes but neither side could break the deadlock.
A Scott Doe header from a Damien McCrory corner put John Still’s side ahead on the hour mark.
The Daggers looked set to take all three points but were denied four minutes before full time.
A corner was only half cleared by the Dagenham defence and Adam Mekki whipped in a cross which was met by Brown.
Still’s men now sit nine points above the drop zone and extended their unbeaten run to seven matches.
