There was a strong performance from East London runners at the Mile End park run on Saturday.
Mark Wyatt led the team home as he crossed the line in a time of 18.36, enough to finish in fourth place.
James Wilson set a park run personal best of 18.37 for fifth while Dan Spinks (20.38) was 11th.
Saheb Yousefi stopped the clock at 20.53 for 12th and next home for the Runners was Derek Wright (22.25) in 21st place.
David Wyatt (25.27) finished in 33rd while Don Bennett (26.56) was 43rd.
Elsewhere, David da Silva Pereira finished in fourth place at the Wanstead Flats event. Richard Potter secured eighth while Chloe Longstaff and Caroline Meaby were 18th and 22nd respectively.
At the British 10km London Run on Sunday, six members took to the course.
Mark Boulton was first back for East London as he secured a personal best time of 36.11 to place 46th.
Jamie Xavier crossed the line in 41.16 for 269th place while Ava Lee set a new PB of 42.37 for 399th.
Katherine Harris (50.07), Bryony Hewer (56.13) and Kelly Leedham (58.57) also completed the course.
