Leyton Orient winger Lee Cook praised the contribution of David Mooney after his brace in the O's 4-1 win at Carlisle United.
Mooney took his tally to three goals in two games after an excellent performance in Orient's convincing victory at Brunton Park.
Cook, who also netted at the weekend, believes Mooney is forming a potent strike partnership with Kevin Lisbie which can fire them up the League One table.
The former QPR attacker said: "It was brilliant. The thing with Mooney is he's a confidence player and is one of those you need to put your arm around.
"He came back into the side against Coventry and had a decent game which gave him a boost. I think you're seeing the best of him now because he's playing great and if we can keep him in that sort of form then we'll do well."
