Leyton Orient will be targeting a seventh consecutive win when they travel to Northampton Town for tonight's Johnstone's Paint Trophy tie.
The O's are likely to make a number of changes to the side which won at Alfreton Town in the FA Cup on Sunday.
Gary Sawyer is available after serving his one-match ban but the game has come too early for captain Nathan Clarke who is recovering from an ankle injury.
Orient boss Russell Slade, whose side defeated Barnet in the previous round, said: "I will be making changes but I trust in my squad and the players that come in to go in there and do a job."
Northampton are currently 11th in League Two and have already posted wins over League One sides MK Dons and Colchester United in the competition this season.
