Leyton Orient assistant boss Kevin Nugent described his side's 3-0 win at Northampton Town as a fantastic performance.
The O's made it seven wins in a row after a brace from David Mooney and a penalty from Michael Symes to reach the semi-finals of the southern area in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.
Nugent said: "It was a really tough game tonight. They were tough conditions. It was very cold and windy but I thought it was a fantastic performance over the 90 minutes."
Mooney again stood out for Orient as he picked up his seventh goal in his last six outings. Nugent admitted the striker is in deadly form for the club but believes the other players deserve credit for setting up his chances.
Nugent said: "He's absolutely clinical in front of goal now. He's in form and he's getting the goals and getting the service into him as well so it's good all round."
