Leyton Orient striker Kevin Lisbie was named the player of the year at the Supporters' Club Star Man dinner.
The former Charlton Athletic forward also picked up the players' player of the year after netting 16 goals this season. In addition, Lisbie was named away player of the season and won the merit award.
Teenager Moses Odubajo won the young player of the year award after successfully breaking into the first team.
Dean Cox landed the goal of the season after his stunning strike, from inside his own half, during the away win at Walsall.
De'Reece Vanderhyde, who recently agreed a professional contract with the club, won the youth team player of the year.
Leon McSweeney was named the Orient Community Player Of The Year for his work with schools and his efforts to help raise awareness of Prostate Cancer UK.
David Mooney was given a special award for outstanding contribution in the community and praised for his work with St Joseph's Hospice.
Defender Mathieu Baudry capped an excellent first season for the O's by winning the Supporters' Club Star Man award.
Odubajo also picked up the captain's player of the year after being selected by Nathan Clarke. Cox won the Supporters' Club goal of the season for his Walsall cracker while goalkeeper Jamie Jones was given performance of the season after impressing following his return from injury.
