Leyton Orient have confirmed they have renewed their application for permission for a judicial review against the London Legacy Development Corporation's decision to deny them the Olympic Stadium tenancy.
The O's believe that in refusing permission, the judge erred in his decision on reviewing the papers, and the club are opting to debate the issues at an oral hearing where they are confident that permission will be granted.
Orient's application was turned down last month despite the League One club insisting they had been denied the chance to discuss a groundshare with West Ham United as part of the bidding process.
