Leyton Orient boss Russell Slade insists there is no temptation to take over Sheffield United after being linked with the role.
The O's manager has guided them to the top of League One and his name has been strongly linked with struggling United after they dismissed David Weir last night.
But Slade, who has twice been caretaker manager at United, said: "I've got one concentration and one focus and that is Leyton Orient Football Club. It's for you people to speculate and link managers with different teams.
"The fact that we are doing a good job here, I suppose from time to time that's going to happen but no not at all [been approached]."
Slade added: "There is no temptation. I love this group and we've worked so hard together to get where we have as a football club and a group.
"It is about the group and we're in a great position at the minute and it would take something very special for me to leave. I think it would take something very special for any of my players to leave this group right now."
