League One leaders Leyton Orient have been drawn at home to Southport in the first round of the FA Cup.
The O's will be strong favourites to defeat the Conference side who are 17th in the table when they meet on the weekend of November 9-10.
Russell Slade's side reached the third round last season where they were beaten in a replay by Hull City.
