BBC Solent Sport are reporting that Bournemouth loan player manager has been offered the managerial role at Leyton Orient.
Ross Embleton has been filling the role as an interim head coach since the passing of Justin Edinburgh in the summer, but the club began their search for a permanent successor earlier this month when Embleton announced that he was to return to his previous assistant head coach role.
Fletcher is currently in charge of overseeing the loan players at Bournemouth and was previously in charge of the club’s under-21 side.
He has previous experience of managing in the Football League with Plymouth Argyle, who he was in charge of between 2011 and 2013.
