ORIENT boss Martin Ling has warned a number of the players lining up in today's reserve fixture with Aldershot Town that they are playing for their futures'.
The O's boss has once again fielded a strong side for the visit of the Shots for the Holidays Combination Central Division fixture at Brisbane Road.
The east Londoners line-up will include professionals; Stuart Nelson, JJ Melligan, Wayne Corden, Efe Echanomi, Clayton Fortune, Charlie Daniels and Andy Barcham.
Reflecting on events Ling said: "We have got players at the club who are playing for their futures from now until the end of the season.
"There are several members of the squad who are out of contract in the summer and they need to prove to me that they are worth retaining for next season.
"Today's game with Aldershot also gives people the chance to try and force themselves back into my plans for Saturday's game against Huddersfield."
The O's will go third today if they win and will be confident of achieving that having secured four victories in their last five games.
Kick-off is at 2pm and admission is £5 for adults and £3 concessions.
