HUDDERSFIELD boss Andy Ritchie has warned Orient "we will give the game our all" ahead of today's Brisbane Road clash.

The Terriers season is all but over after Tuesday's 3-2 defeat against Swindon has left them a mountain to climb if they are to make the play-off's.

The O's despite some poor form of late remain just two points off sixth spot and still with a chance of securing a second promotion in three years.

But Ritchie has refused to throw in the play-off towel just yet. "We have made it very difficult for ourselves now," he told the club's official website.

"When we had 15 games to go and ten wins to achieve it was a hard task, but it's an even harder challenge now. To make the play-offs, we'd have to produce championship winning form. If we get three points in the next game its back on; we can still do it. While it's still a possibility, I think we have to aim to achieve it - you have to have goals and aims.

"I'd like to dominate the game against Orient and come away with the three points, but that's been the story all season - in the games we have dominated, we seem to be unlucky and lose them, like the Cheltenham game here earlier this season. What we need is someone who can score 20 or more goals a season so that we will capitalize on our good passages of play.

"I believe that Orient have had a few injuries recently and have players coming back into the fold. Adam Boyd is a danger man because of the goals he has scored for them and whether he starts or comes off the bench, we will have to watch him. With their defence, I believe Alton Therwell is coming back for them. He's had a solid season. Their form has been a little indifferent but they were in good nick early in the season. Hopefully we can take advantage of that and go down there and get the right result. We will give the game our all. We did in Tuesday night's game, but we have to defend better from the outset."

Defender Robert Page is expected to return to Huddersfield's starting line-up following suspension.

Ritchie must decide whether to pick fit-again skipper Jon Worthington or stick with Michael Collins and Andy Holdsworth in Town's central midfield.

Orient meanwhile be without Tamika Mkandawire (hernia)and Sam Oji (hamstring).
