LEYTON Orient have parted company with boss Martin Ling by mutual consent.
Ling left the club following yesterday’s 2-1 home defeat to Bristol Rovers.
The defeat was the O’s fifth on the trot and they are now in the League One relegation zone.
Ling, who had been in charge of Orient since September 2003, led them to promotion from League Two in 2006.
He had been the sixth longest-serving of the 92 Premier and Football League managers.
