ORIENT have secured the services of striker Simon Church until the end of the season.

The 20-year-old had been set to return to Championship side Reading at the end of a month long loan spell this week.

The U21 Wales international has scored twice in two games and will be looking his third in three against Walsall this weekend.

O's boss Geraint Williams says Church can help secure League One status for the club.

"Simon has done very well during his time here. He didn't get the goals early on, but he was in the heart of the two penalties won for Scott" he said.

He's now showing that if the chances come along he'll take them and I'm delighted for him."
