Top scorer Adam Boyd could feature in the last game of the season, on Saturday.
The forward is back in training for the Huddersfield clash as he recovers from a virus which forced him to miss the action at Millwall last weekend.
Boyd has missed many games since the new year with an ankle injury, and he has slipped down the pecking pecking order to fourth behind Scott McGleish, Simon Church, and Wayne Gray.
He is expected to be offered a new contract at Orient once his current deal expires on Saturday.
