ORIENT's Adam Chambers will miss the start of the new season.
The holding midfielder has been crocked with a calf injury since March, when he last played a competitive match.
Ahead of tomorrow's opener away at Bristol Rovers, Boss Geraint Williams said: "Unfortunately Adam couldn't start back with us and we're still trying to get to the bottom of his injury.
"Hopefully he will catch up soon, but other than Darryl Sydes, who twisted his ankle in training this week, we haven't got any other injuries.
"We're delighted with the way everyone's worked, they've come through pre-season and are looking to play tomorrow."
Meanwhile, a local lad has joined Orient.
Andros Townsend is the son of ex-Leyton FC manager, Troy.
The 18 year-old winger is set to be at Brisbane Road for one month on loan from Spurs.
