ORIENT are handing a trial to a winger who can count U.S rap star 50 Cent as a fan.
Rohan Ricketts was set to appear for Orient's reserves at Gillingham today (Tuesday).
The 26 year-old is currently without a club, after he left Toronto FC in the summer.
They play in America's Major Soccer League.
He arrived at Brisbane Road this morning, and now the former Arsenal and Spurs man has the chance to impress there.
Ricketts already has the seal of approval from top-selling artist 50 Cent.
The gangster turned video game character has been snapped in a Toronto FC shirt with 'Ricketts' emblazoned on the back.
Now O's boss Geraint Williams will decide if Ricketts gets to have his name on the back of an Orient shirt.
Orient are free to recruit him because he is a free agent at this time.
More to follow.
