ORIENT goal hero Scott McGleish had to tread carefully when he celebrated his winner last Saturday.
The ever-green 35 year-old scored with his head on 76 minutes, to consign his ex-club Wycombe Wanderers and their boss Peter Taylor to a 1-0 defeat.
No matter how oh-so sweet it was for McGleish, he refused to bait rival fans.
"I wasn’t going to do an Adebayor style celebration. I'd have needed a St Johns Ambulance" he said.
He played down suggestions his winner was revenge for the manner of his exit from Adams Park, last season.
"I have no bad feelings. My time at Wanderers was up and I had to go.
"I never got to say goodbye to the fans, so it was a nice opportunity for me, and they gave me a nice round of applause.”
