IT SEEMS there is no lack of fighting spirit in the Orient squad.
High intensity sessions have been the norm of late, and they can boil over.
Midfielder Jason Demetriou said: “Everyone has someone nipping at their heels. Training is high tempo right now and a couple of guys can lose their rag.
“But what happens on the training ground stays there. It's good to have very competitive training, and you have to show you can handle it.”
Boss Geraint WIlliams has had to recruit loan players to cope with the loss of almost an entire starting midfield, in recent weeks.
Now missing players like Sean Thornton and Adam Chambers are nearing a return, it looks like the competition for places is heating up.
Adam Chambers produced an all-action display today (Wednesday), in the reserves against QPR.
The game ended 1-1.
