RUSSELL SLADE has not stopped so far this summer in his efforts to build his own Orient side, so how do you think the O's will do next season?
Three seasons in League One for the Brisbane Road outfit have been defined by a struggle to survive in division.
But could all that be about to change as from August?
Slade has a proven track record for over-achieving with unfancied clubs at this level.
He guided Yeovil Town to the cusp of the Championship in 2007, only to fall short at Wembley.
The season before that he had taken Grimsby Town, then in League Two, to the same point.
So can Orient do the same in the up-coming campaign with Slade at the helm, and power their way up towards promotion glory?
Tell us what you think.
