ORIENT boss Russell Slade is expected to make changes for tonight's SW Challenge Cup match against Truro City.
Teams are only allowed to use three subs during each game in the competition, so it means the majority of players have to play 90 minutes.
Therefore, Slade is likely to give a run-out to some players who did not feature in the first group game against Eastleigh.
Charlie Daniels, Ben Chorley, Aaron Brown and Dean Cox all miss out through injury.
A win tonight will put Orient into Saturday's semi-final.
Tonight's game takes place at Elmore FC, Tiverton.
