ORIENT impressed during the first half of this friendly clash aganinst Premier League Tottenham Hotspur.
The host's have dominated the game after Spurs started brightly with ex-loanee Andros Townsend as captain and leading the attack.
Orient rode early pressure and took the lead on 15 minutes through Ben Chorley from the penalty spot. A Spurs player handled Scott McGleish's goal-bound shot on the line. Chorley slotted home into the bottom right corner.
But the veteran hitman was not denied a second time when he dinked an effort over on-rushing David Button on 20 minutes, after being played through by captain Stephen Dawson's neat threaded ball.
Jamie Jones in goal for Orient was hardly troubled by a Spurs side so junior they must have required parental permission to be out at this time of evening.
