WILL fans be served up a Christmas cracker of a match when Orient host MK Dons on Boxing Day?
The lowest shot tally in League One for boss Karl Robinson’s side suggests that turkey might be on the menu.
But shot-shy opposition could be a gift for Orient in their bid to finish strongly after a spell of good form in late 2010.
Of course, heavy snowfall and adverse conditions could yet have the final say by shoving this game into the freezer.
On the pitch, the Dons have ground out enough decent results to stand two points above the O’s in League One.
Peter Leven and Sam Baldock have five goals each to their name.
Hitman Jermaine Easter exited the Dons on loan to Championship side Swansea, earlier this month.
Boss Robinson called the move a “blow”.
Now the pressure is on Leven and Baldock to carry on finding the net.
Orient could move above the Dons in the table with victory at the Matchroom Stadium.
