I have been having a bit of back trouble. I was struggling against Carlisle and I think the long coach journey back from Exeter last weekend had a lot to do with it as well.

I really felt it on Monday morning during training and that was because there were some impacts, which did not help either.

So I have been seeing a specialist this week and hopefully it means I will be all right for the Peterborough game on Friday and Carlisle away on Monday.

The club are great in that way and always make sure you see the best people. I had an hour with the specialist. It’s nice but I would have rather been playing football!

I hope it helps as I really do not want to rule myself out of those games.

Peterborough are safe in the play-offs now, I think. So perhaps they don’t have so much to play for as us. I think we did really well at London Road and we deserved to win that night.

But they are a great team who score a lot of goals.

The focus right now is on this Easter Weekend, there’s no time to enjoy the sunshine. Only four games are left to go and the summer will pass very slowly if we fail to make to the play-offs.

Everyone knows it’s looking not very likely at the moment. But stranger things have happened in football.
