Leyton Orient manager Russell Slade has admitted his side need to work harder in training after their second consecutive league defeat.
The O's slumped to a 1-0 home defeat to Tranmere Rovers yesterday and are still searching for their first League One points of the season.
Slade said: "What we perhaps lacked at times was that little bit of zest and we were probably a little too easy to play against occasionally out there.
"The end analysis is that we go back to the training ground and we have to work harder to put things right, that's exactly what we'll do."
Orient will look to bounce back on Tuesday night when they host Wycombe Wanderers.
