Leyton Orient’s Brisbane Road will host the final of the NextGen Series competition.
The tournament has seen academy sides from some of Europe’s elite clubs go head to head in their bid to take the inaugural title.
The final will be played on Sunday, March 25, with kick-off at 1.30pm.
The competition has reached the last four stage with both semi-finals set to be played on English soil.
Liverpool offer the last remaining home representation after Spurs withdrew and the Anfield side will host Dutch giants Ajax.
Elsewhere, Inter Milan will take on Marseille at Brentford’s Griffin Park.
Competition co-founder, Mark Warburton, said: “We are very proud of what has been achieved in the first year of NextGen. The Clubs and players have produced some outstanding football, and we would like to think we have made a positive impact towards their football education and learning.
“We wish Liverpool FC, AFC Ajax, Inter Milan and Olympique de Marseille the best of luck and look forward to welcoming representatives from each Club to the UK for the finals weekend.”
