Leyton Orient forward Jonathan Téhoué has claimed he was racially abused by Swindon Town boss Paolo Di Canio, according to the Mail Online.
Téhoué, one of 11 players out of contract in the summer at Orient, joined the Robins on loan in March but featured just three times for the club, starting one game.
The Mail reports that Di Canio will be interviewed by the Football Association after they received a letter from Téhoué last week.
The newspaper claim the Frenchman was not present when the alleged comment was made but that the “tone and manner” was relayed to him by his former team-mates at the County Ground.
Swindon confirmed to the Mail they are aware of the allegations and the FA’s investigation into Di Canio’s conduct, with a spokesman adding: “It’s with our lawyers, we cannot say any more.”
