Leyton Orient travel to League One strugglers Bournemouth this weekend hoping to extend their unbeaten away run.

The O's have picked up seven points from their last three trips with wins at Swindon and Walsall alongside a point at Crewe.

It has been a different story for the Cherries who are currently in the bottom four after picking up just one win in the league. Their poor form resulted in manager Paul Groves being dismissed last week.

Orient boss Russell Slade admitted he is surprised to see the Cherries misfiring this season.

The O's manager said: “I’m just hoping they’ve not got a manager in place before Saturday. I’m surprised to see them struggling this season. With the money they’ve spent and the squad they’ve got they’re underachieving, that’s for sure.

“Everybody connected with the club will know that but it’s all about results and I’m sure whoever does eventually go in there can turn it around.”

Slade will be without striker Kevin Lisbie who faces up to a month out with a hamstring injury. But he could recall defender Ben Chorley after he served his one-match ban against Barnet on Tuesday.

Both Mathieu Baudry and Michael Symes will be hoping to be involved tomorrow as they return to their former club.
