Leyton Orient travel to Oldham Athletic this weekend looking to build on their midweek win.
The O's produced a dominant display in their 1-0 home win over Hartlepool United and manager Russell Slade will be hoping for a similar performance. But he knows only too well how difficult a trip to Boundary Park is.
Slade said: "Oldham is always a tough place to go, isn’t it? It’s never changed in the times I’ve been there. I must have been there ten times and it's always difficult.
“It will be another challenge from a side that will play in a different manner. Hartlepool’s focal point on Tuesday was Steve Howard and they’re a threat from set plays. Oldham have got good players and they’ll cause us different problems so we have to be prepared for that.”
Paul Dickov's side made a poor start to the season winning just one of their first eight League One games. But seven points from their last three matches suggests they have turned the corner.
Orient will have fond memories of their last visit to Oldham after they picked up a 1-0 win back in March.
