Leyton Orient manager Russell Slade was fuming after claiming Matt Derbyshire handled the ball for the first goal in Oldham's 2-0 win this afternoon.
The O's were deservedly beaten by the Latics but the on-loan Nottingham Forest striker's 77th minute opener left Slade bitterly upset.
Slade, whose side also conceded a second from Jose Baxter six minutes later, said: "I have to tell you it's an absolute blatant handball. He's used his arm to control the ball to volley it in. That hurts.
"There's no doubt about the second goal but the first was crucial. The second goal is not irrelevant but the fact is with 13 minutes to go, with all that hard work, they score from a handball on the line.
"It hurts, it really really hurts especially the first goal because it's illegal. You can't do that. You can't use your arm and then volley it in and lose that way. It ain't right."
