A group of triathletes overcame water, mud and climbing walls to win the team event at the annual Lactic Fallout obstacle adventure race in Ongar last week.
RG Active Race Team, who train in the Woodford and Epping area, were victorious in the challenging bike and run competition which included obstacles such as mud, water, bogs, climbing walls and crawling nets.
A total of 30 athletes from the Race Team took part and all of them made it to the Ongar finish line.
Head coach Dermott Hayes said: “We were so proud to win the team event and will be looking to retain it next year.”
