Redbridge Ladies North (U12s) 3
Little Thurrock Dynamos Wildkatz (U12s) 2

IN THEIR first game for a month Redbridge North entertained the league leaders and found themselves a goal down after only three minutes.

Undeterred Redbridge pushed forward and were rewarded with an equaliser when Ahmet hit an unstoppable shot from an acute angle. Five minutes later Redbridge were ahead when Ahmet scored from Stephenson’s through ball.

Redbridge soon went 3-1 up when the ball broke to Stephenson(N) in the penalty area who coolly rolled it past the advancing goalkeeper and into the net.

Little Thurrock Dynamos pushed forward in the second half and they ensured a tense finish when they scored a second with ten minutes to go.

Pambami was then unlucky not to make the game safe when she fired in a shot which looked to be going in until the goalkeeper made a good save.

With the home team tiring it looked as if LTD might force an equaliser but the defence of Rice, James, Stephenson (C) and goalkeeper Rosborough stood firm to secure the points for Redbridge.
