WALTHAM Forest emerged with a clutch of medals from Block C of the Essex Championships.
Elliott Hill lead the way with two golds in the 400m and 1500m, while Stephanie Malcolm managed a medal of every colour, with her 200m backstroke triumph the highlight.
Elizabeth Hare won the 1500m, pipping team-mate Poppy Hill, and she also picked up a bronze, while Alex Keating registered a silver and a bronze in his two races. Tommy Willis, Amrita Robertson and Alex Jameson all won golds, while Reece Barclay and Greg Summers each earned medals.
Meanwhile, at the DSE Junior National Disability Gala, 13-year-old Matthew Whyman claimed a stunning two gold medals as well as four silvers in a series of magnificent swims.
