BILL TYZACK was the master of all he surveyed at the weekend as he triumphed in Woodford Golf Club’s monthly medal competition.
The local surveyor’s total of 38 points in the Stableford format was matched by Colin Hunt, but he prevailed on countback.
Captain Mark Deeming played to his handicap for third place. In division two, builder David Warden constructed a winning score of 39 points, beating off competition from John Raine and Eion Botha.
Sadly, club member and former Olympian Deric Bareford died last week. He will be sorely missed by all at the club.
