Colebrook Royals 'C' 2
UPR 'D' 0
THE game started with Colebrook making very little advances in the first half, with Chambers and Hellen going close early on.
Hoiser had to make some quick reaction saves and with Attoe & Laycock at the back, with Reddhead & Morse it was going to be an attacking game.
With UPR handling just outside the area Hellen took the free kick which went just wide. Another attacking play saw Hustwitt miss an opportunity by going just wide.
Cramers and Morse linking well on both sides of the pitch and Chambers battling in the middle of field it was only a matter of time when Royals scored.
Hellen had a shot which the keeper couldn't hold because of the power and there was Chambers, like a fox in the box stabbing it home to make it 1-0.
Second half on came Redhead for Chambers and soon it was 2-0. Laycock cleared his line with a neat pass to Redhead, who fed to Cramer. His shot was saved but Hellen took the ball and rifled it in the net.
It was a question would Royals score again with Redhead, Chambers, Cramer & Hellen all having ago at goal.
It finished 2-0 to the Royals and the second half was much better than the first.
