Runners were in action last weekend ahead of the London Marathon later this month.
Harlow Running Club members tested themselves in the St Clare Hospice 10km run.
Gold Medal Paralympian Noel Thatcher finished third in 34min29sec.
Justin Revell (35min34sec) was fifth.
Roy Steven was first of the veterans to cross the line in a time of 38m34sec.
Andy Terrell, David Ayling, Jon Steadman, Thomas Croly, Steve Ambrose, John Bull and Katie Herrington all set personal best times in the race.
