WOODFORD Golf Club saw two trophies decided on Sunday.
First off was the Jeffrey Prize final, an 18-hole strokeplay competition for winners of Division 2 monthly medals in 2008.
Mark Rowley won with a one-over-par nett 71, 4 shots ahead of Stewart Baines. The second competition to be decided was the LG Jeffrey Trophy (the winter 4-ball competition) with the victors Derek Code and Andy Chilton, who are also making good progress in the Daily Mail Foursomes.
They beat Captain Mark Deeming and Simon Ironside on the 18th, having come back from being 4 down to be all square standing on the 18th tee.
