Woodford Under 15 A Team defeated Letchworth 29-0 in their first game of the new year.
James Piras eventually broke the deadlock after dodging three tackles, scoring under the posts. Ryan Davies converted, putting Woodford into the lead.
Ashley Somers then crashed over and there were also second half tries for Chesley Fagan, Paddy Sheehy and a second for Piras.
Meanwhile, the B team edged out Old Albanians 5-3, with hooker Zac Ross going over for the decisive score.
Elsewhere, on the football pitch, Wadham A U10s narrowly saw off the challenge from Redbridge United in the Echo League Severn Division.
After a long period out of the game, the visitors eventually hit their straps when Louie put in a pinpoint cross for Demetri to slide home. Steven's thunderbolt after the break made it 2-0, and while the hosts pulled one back, Wadham held on for the three points.
