ETON MANOR runner Felicia Davies broke two personal bests at a track meeting in Mile End, last Saturday.

The female athletes from Manor took part in a ten team competition and ended the day in sixth place.

Felicia clocked 12.5 secs(s) in the A race, and then in the 200m event she ran 25.9s to stand at the top of the podium.

Also In the 100m, clubmate Gabriela Neto took sixth in 14.8s.

The 400m saw Kelly Chittock run a personal best for eighth place, and then set another personal record in the 800m.

In the 1500m, Jane McCallister finished in sixth place.

The under 15s girls were also at the event.

They finished in sixth which the club called a good showing with a lack of middle distance runners.

In the 800m, Freya Preedy took third place in a time of 3m:43.2s in her first race for the club In the 100m, Alliah Auguste ran 14.6s and Esther Harrison ran 15.1s respectively.

In the 75m hurdles, Esther Onofowokun clocked 14.9s for fifth place. Vanessa Owusu clocked 18.6s for 4th spot.

The girls rounded off their day by taking 5th place in the 4 x 100 relays.

The field events saw Alliah Auguste jump 3.68m in the A list long jump for fourth place.

Freya Preedy jumped 3.21m for fifth in the B string.

In the Shot-put, Celine Reynolds threw 7.03m for fourth place.

Celine also took third place in the Discus with a personal best throw of 22.46m.

The team finish sixth place in the final count back, which was satisfactory In the seniors events, Pam Ackland-Snow threw seven metres in shott-put. Kate Merritt threw 5.94 respectively.

In the Hammer, Kate took fifth place for the A team with a 22.07m throw. Pam recorded 21.69m fo second place B string.

She also took third place in the Javelin event B event, while Kate came sixth.
