A trio of brothers from Waltham Forest excelled at the annual taekwondo British Masters Open in Crawley.
Eight-year-old triplets Ilyas, Ibrahim and Ismail Hussain returned home victorious from the tournament, gaining two gold and two silver medals between them, as two years of hard graft at Hadri Taekwondo club in Walthamstow bore fruit for the youngsters.
The brothers all competed in different weight categories in the competition. Ilyas grabbed the headlines, gaining a gold and silver medal after a gruelling eight fights.
Teams from all over the globe participated, making the success even more impressive for the local club, who now have more than 200 members.
New classes for 6-9 year olds will be run in September.
