A report on whether the Olympic Park Legacy Company's procedures surrounding the stadium bid could have been compromised has been completed.
The OPLC chose West Ham as their first choice to move to the stadium after the 2012 Games. Auditors Moore Stephens were appointed to investigate the OPLC's own stadium procedures.
Moore Stephens have been asked not to consider the stadium bidding process which is a matter for judicial review if one is granted this week.
West Ham intend to convert the stadium into a 60,000 capacity venue and plan to move there for the 2014-15 season.
