West Ham United are interested in signing 22-year-old goalkeeper Jake Kean from Championship side Blackburn Rovers.
Current Hammers stopper Jussi Jaaskelainen has had a good campaign and has another year left on his contract.
However, Sam Allardyce wants to secure the services of another goalkeeper in order to increase the competition for places.
Kean, who has been capped by the England Under-20 side, has made 25 starts for Rovers this season.
