Andy Carroll could turn down West Ham United to play European football elsewhere according to former teammate Kevin Nolan.
Despite manager Sam Allardyce stating that we wants to build his team around the striker, Nolan isn’t confident of his team’s chances to sign Carroll on a permanent deal.
With Liverpool and West Ham not playing in Europe next season, Carroll could be tempted by Tottenham and Monaco who have been linked with him.
