West Ham hope the lure of London could be enough to tempt Romelu Lukaku, after the Hammers revealed their interest in signing the striker on loan from Chelsea.
Lukaku scored 17 goals this season for West Brom and despite returning to Chelsea, it is probable that they will decide to loan him out again.
And Hammers chairman Sullivan hopes their location will be enough of a reason for him to reject the chance to return to the Midlands.
He told the Daily Mirror: “Lukaku has been amazing for West Brom this season and I’d hope that he would prefer to live in London.
“Lukaku would be a loan again. We’d maybe buy him a year later if Chelsea decide they don’t want him.”
