Two West Ham players have found out who will stand between their country and a trip to the World Cup finals next summer.

Razvan Rat’s Romania will travel to Greece in the opening leg of their European play-offs, while Mladen Petric’s Croatia are also away from home on November 15 when they make the trip to Iceland.

The other two play-off ties saw Portugal drawn against Sweden, while Ukraine have been paired with France.

The second legs will be played on November 19.
